This 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the Edouard Building in Parc Rischard, Luxembourg-Merl was delivered to the client at the end 2019 and immediately put on the market for rent. The choice of warm and rustic hard wood floors, combined with grey slate-like tiles for the kitchen area and the bold black kitchen have transformed this rather generic flat into a feel-good home. Very soon, the first tenants, two young architects, showed up. They were kind enough to share with us these few pictures of how they made the place their own.

What was our role in this project :

• Assist and advise the investor throughout the whole buying procedure, from the choice of the object to the signature of the notary deed and the financing of this purchase,

• Represent the buyer in all the discussions and negotiations with the developer and the contractor,

• Propose important floor plan changes improving the quality and functionality of the flat, and consequently facilitating its rentability,

• Discuss and design the electrical network
